صاف کھانا، ایک خاندانی وعدہ
Al Yusaf started with something every Pakistani kitchen knows well: sitting with a thaal of rice, picking out the stones before cooking. Today we hand-clean rice, daal, spices, besan, sugar and dry fruits, so no family has to do that again.

We buy direct from growers and mills we know
Where it began
Every week we would bring home rice and daal from the bazaar, and every week someone had to spread it out and clean it. Pebbles, husk, the odd broken grain. The besan had lumps, the sugar had dust, and the dry fruits were never as fresh as promised.
So we went back to the source. We met growers and millers, tasted harvests and built a small cleaning room where every batch is sifted, sorted and checked by hand before it goes anywhere near a sack.
Today Al Yusaf packs the same staples we serve our own families: basmati rice, daal, spices, besan, sugar and dry fruits, sealed in breathable jute and delivered to your door.
