This website is run by Al Yusaf ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
02 Our products
Rice, daal, spices, dry fruits and other natural products can vary slightly in colour, grain size and aroma from batch to batch. Product photos are for illustration, and stated weights are net weights at the time of packing.
Please check the ingredients and allergen information before buying, especially for nuts and dry fruits.
03 Pricing & payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice.
- The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
- If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we'll contact you to confirm or cancel the order before dispatch.
- Payment options available to you are shown at checkout.
04 Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, for example when an item is out of stock, the details can't be confirmed, or we suspect fraud or bulk resale. If a prepaid order is cancelled, you'll get a full refund.
05 Delivery & returns
Delivery is covered in our shipping policy, and replacements and refunds in our refund policy. Both are part of these terms.
06 Your account
You're responsible for giving accurate details and for keeping your account login safe. Let us know right away if you think someone else has used your account.
07 Website content
Our logo, photos, recipes and text belong to Al Yusaf and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the site, for example by attempting to hack it, scrape it or post harmful content.
08 Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruptions, strikes or natural disasters.
09 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be handled in good faith with our team, and otherwise by the competent courts of Pakistan.
10 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to every order placed after that date.
